Scandidium is a new look at interior space and materials:

completely reimagined the common area. Symmetrical central glazing in the living room, increased ceiling height, a separate area for the kitchen with glazing in front of the work surface;

new materials in the finish, including premium wooden floors and an enlarged format of "stone" finish in the bathrooms;

increased depth of the veranda;

separate room for washing machine, water filters and boiler.

Scandidium is the luxury of open space and large rooms in modular technology. Forget cramped rooms and containers. From the modules that arrived on the road, we will assemble a house with a huge bedroom, high ceilings and a giant living room.

In the new building, we combined the environmental friendliness of a wooden house with modern energy-saving technologies and expensive accessories. A completely wooden frame and decoration of the house combined with effective insulation, a new fireplace and modern engineering solutions for a comfortable country life.
